Client Vision

Starting in one of the owner’s basements, Via Vecchia had outgrown their first commercial space in the Brewery District and wished to relocate their thriving winery and event business into this industrial south-side warehouse, allowing them to expand and meet their increased demand.

Challenges that were Overcome

In order to repurpose the existing building, code challenges due to the change of use had to be overcome. Additionally, years of deferred maintenance resulted in hidden construction conditions that required unique solutions to stay within budget.
