The district wished to complete the first phase of renovations/additions in a short time frame.
Challenges that were Overcome
In order to meet the time frame, work had to be completed while some areas of the building were occupied. We developed a phasing plan that allowed the district to use certain areas of the buildings and maintain operations while opening up other areas as they became available.

General Scope
We completed two master plans for this district and assisted with two successful levy/bond issue campaigns. We have completed multiple capital improvement projects for the district and currently, we are completing significant additions and renovations to 5 of the district’s buildings.
