Client Vision
The client desired to renovate their overall facilities to prepare their students for careers of the future. They wished to eliminate the stereotypes around career-tech programs and provide state-of-the-art facilities.
Challenges that were Overcome
The client did not have sufficient funds to renovate their entire facilities. However, we assisted them in developing a unique strategy to raise the funds. They raised enough money to renovate the facilities for their poorest performing program. This increased enrollment in that program, giving them additional funds to renovate the facilities for the next least performing program. They repeated this process until their entire facilities were renovated and new buildings were added to handle their increased enrollment.
