Reed-Steffan Building

Imagine investing in one of the most prolific historic downtown cores in Ohio…

Client Vision

The client wanted to restore this historic structure and give it new life through new uses.

Challenges that were Overcome

The building was connected to an adjacent building with a shared stair. There was another adjacent property that was beyond repair. We helped the client to partner with the adjacent property owner, with the shared stair, to incorporate their property into the development. We also successfully partnered with the local government to obtain and demolish the other adjacent property that was past its useful life.
