Client Vision
To provide a distinctive, branded coffee shop with an inexpensive budget to maximize returns on their social justice missions.
Challenges that were Overcome
We partnered closely with a contractor and engaged the contractor and owner as co-collaborators in the design. We clearly identified scopes the contractor would handle and scopes that the owner could take on themselves to minimize costs. The result was a beautiful space on a limited budget.
