Client Vision
Ten years after the completion of their main office headquarters, the client wanted to create an addition to this uniquely styled building.
Challenges that were Overcome
The style of the original building that we designed for them had become the brand that we had replicated with them at multiple buildings throughout their main campus. We positioned the building and found the exact materials used to create a seamless addition resulting in a building that looked like it never had an addition. Since we designed the original building, we had access to all of the original material specifications to assist with this effort.

General Scope
Del-Co Water Company was one of TRIAD’s first projects and we have completed most of their non-plant buildings over the past twenty years. This has included administrative offices, IT/security facilities, valve stations, and storage buildings. We have also completed their facility master plan and assisted them with maintenance projects.
