Client Vision

The client wanted to update and add office space to the existing building to accommodate a greatly expanded program. They also tasked TRIAD with providing a readily identifiable main entry.

Challenges that were Overcome

The original building sits on an extremely tight site that required variances to zoning requirements. The documents for the existing building were nonexistent, so field verification was extremely critical. The original building was also disjointed and hard to navigate. TRIAD worked through countless unforeseeable conditions that were uncovered during construction which took numerous meetings with the building department to deliberate affordable and safe solutions.

General Scope

We assisted the client with additions to the office, conference, and lobby space that nearly doubled the program capacity at three separate locations around the building. Additionally, TRIAD relocated the entrance to the building so it is easily identifiable and iconic.
