Client Vision
St. Charles has undertaken a long-term master plan to provide unique, state of the art, leading-edge facilities to ensure the education of the whole student: academic, fitness, creative, and spiritual.
Challenges that were Overcome
Being a landlocked campus, adding facilities is difficult. To facilitate the addition of a new robotics center, mentoring center, and auxiliary gym, we assisted the school in evaluating and acquiring an adjacent parcel of land for these new facilities.

General Scope
We have provided design services to add athletic facilities, robotics facilities, and mentoring facilities to the existing campus. We have also instituted renovations to the theater, media center, chapel, and science labs to refresh and update those facilities to be more attractive, more flexible, and more functional. We have completed a master plan to add a new gymnasium/convocation center, learning resource center, performing arts center, and exterior courtyard/landscape improvements. Designs are underway for the convocation center/gymnasium.
