The client desired to renovate/update the Goodale Shelterhouse to make it more attractive to potential renters and they wanted to add an exterior covered area for events at the North Bank Event Center.

Challenges that were Overcome

The project started during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. All design meetings, commission approvals, and client interaction was handled through virtual means.
