After starting his professional career in Seattle, Zach joined TRIAD in 2008. As a second-generation owner, Zach worked alongside his father at their dining room table before pursuing the field academically. Zach started this path as a graduate from the Construction Trades program at Eastland-Fairfield Career Center before moving on to higher education in Columbus and Seattle.

Zach’s unique and diverse professional experience, coupled with his strong understanding of business finance, resulted in the offer of partnership in 2009. Since that time, Zach has become a recognized business leader in his community and continues to build and maintain lasting client relationships, including many of TRIAD’s most tenured clients. Zach’s passion for historic preservation, sustainable design, and project development has proven critical in our firm evolution and creates new and inspiring opportunities with each project.

Zach’s focus at TRIAD is to ensure the firm’s financial and business performance. Additionally, Zach’s grass roots commitment to community through volunteer, advisement, and unique project opportunities motivates our associates to see the broader reach of architecture as an economic engine to create positive momentum for our communities. Zach believes that “there is no business to be done on a dead planet” and that through sustainable design and by preserving our history we can bring new energy and vitality to society with vision and aspiration.
